Plants and trees are suffering and need watering to survive.  I am able to water sparingly as I have a deep well that is recovering from any extended watering.  I am not cutting grass as grass is not growing.  Weeds are growing but some are turning yellow.  Clover is blooming but the leaves are wilted.  Deer are eating my vegetable plants in the garden after watering which is unusual.  Newly planted trees are struggling and the leaves look droopy.  I am watering them slowly every other day.  Trees planted last year are doing fair and I am watering them weekly. Vegetable plants are growing very slowly and I have lost about 10% of my plantings.
