several more days of low RH with swirling canyon winds have soil surface very dried.  Birds and wildlife seeking water.  Further blooming and growth of vegetation seems retarded.  Frequent poor air quality..  Extreme fire start and spread risk.  Burn and power equipment restrictions seem warranted.
