We have had 0" of precip this week. 
Grass is greening on open hills. Aspen trees have leafed out 1-2" long. Pine tree male cone is developing. Currently the Ponderosa male cones are 1/2" long and very stiff. 
Rhubarb leaves are 2' across with 1" round stalks, the garlic is 2' high. The day lillies are 2' high but took quite a beating from the snow two weeks ago. There are fewer coming up compared to last year. Hummers, and songbirds are very active at the feeders and water baths. The female Robin has built her nest under the deck.
