The soil is still fairly soft this week with the ZTR wheels making muddy ruts while mowing.  We received 0.33 in. of rain early in the week.  Vegetation is still fairly lush.  Rose-breasted grosbeaks and the orioles are not coming to the suet and hummingbird feeders now, but early in the week they were hitting them hard.  Momma and baby bunny still enjoy the greens of a front yard patch.  Other than that, it has been a mix of cool nights and warm days this week.  It is definitely starting to feel like Summer.
