In Marshville NS we just received 15 mm of rain. Nova Scotia usually has cool damp weather in May, so mildly wet is typical. The soil is too wet to till and there are pockets of standing water. Our ponds are full. If we get more rain they could breach. In a regular year we expect to get the tractor on the fields by May 24, so again there is nothing unusual so far.
