Actually for the last ten days, somewhat on the wet side -- around 4 inches!-- but for the year catching up toward "normal". The rain we had the last two days here was gentle and fairly slow -- easy for the ground to absorb, and enough to not want to water for a while. Gardens and yards and roadsides are all growing with new vigor, and for a bit fire is not a worry. Local flooding is still a concern however, as some of the storms have been a good deal more severe than at my location.
