We have received 3.09 in. of rain this week, so soil moisture is good.  Vegetation is really greening up and becoming lush.  Peonies are blooming well now and iris are in full bloom.  More migrants are showing up as I had a rose-breasted grosbeak at my feeder today.  Chipping sparrows are enjoying the feeders too.  Incredible thunderstorms this week and it has been cool since they moved through.
