Just noting that yesterday the 26th of April the wind hit 42 mph and the dust/dirt was about 1/4-to-1/2-mile visibility. With this wind the Fire Danger is pretty high. With no moisture in the area the native grasses are still dormant at this time. While the USDA has declared the area in drought it remains when a possible drought payment will be made. Still waiting on the 2023 possible drought payment.
