The series of three rain and snow events have brought soil moisture up. When this last snow melts we will be near normal. Downside is that night time temps of 15 to 26°F have killed the   fruit bloom, and possibly that of native plants like chokecherry and service berry. This is definitely NOT normal and down the road will affect our wildlife.
