We are in the 4th year of a drought in central Texas, I think. The maps will look a little better this Thursday as I just dumped out 2.55" of rain from my gauge at 3:30pm that has fallen since 7:30am earlier today.  Mostly a steady rain with some outbursts. That's on top of 0.7" the day before.  Hallelujia!
