Regular rain has been keeping things wet and the green stuff is liking it. 
Grass is growing fast and the trees have really taken off. 
MTD has far exceeded the entire monthly avg.
Calendar YTD is in the Above Normal range and the Water YTD is on the plus side of Normal. 
Field has some standing water and the backyard is squishy in the low areas.
