It's hard to say whether we're near normal, but it feels that way. Tanks have filled up with the recent rain. Pastures are green and grass is gaining length. Certainly the grass around the house has needed mowing. 

Gardens and flower beds look lush and full. Lots of flowers available for hummingbirds coming through, bees and other pollinators. It must be Spring!
