Current conditions are normal for this time of year with frequent rains of small amounts. While on the surface everything looks lush and rivers, lakes, streams and ponds appear to be flowing normally, Strafford County tremains in severe drought. In the past year (4/20/25 - 4/20/26) we have had 39.78" of precip, well below the normal of 50-53". In the past 2 years our total precip has been 76.48". The past two years we are running about 10-12' below normal.
