Plants need water as does the yard, as it is dieing.  There is no use though to water it as it will be just as bad in a few days.  People frequently talk about it.  Many think there is no more drought as they got 10 inches of rain, so they learn something new.  Water restrictions level 1 & 2 are in place.  Most counties have burn bans but not all.  Wildfires are bountiful throughout the state.
