Description:
On 5 days this week 3.81 inches of rain fell, often heavy, accompanied by lightning, loud thunder, and high winds. 
Compared to 30-year NOAA norms, 
MTD my station got 9.34 inches with a norm of 2.39 inches, 391% of normal. YTD my station got 14.45 inches with a norm of 8.04 inches, 180% of normal.WYTD my station got 21.10 inches with a norm of 15.51 inches, 136% of normal. Topsoil is saturated, area streams running high, standing water in culverts and low areas of neighboring lawns. Twinleaf bloomed one day with wind blowing away the petals, serviceberry began blooming 4/17 and usually begins 4/25. The wind, temps near 80, and heavy rain are producing bedraggled daffodils. Freeze warning for tonight will not help.
