As we head into the warm season, the rainfall for the month so far is .53" and is 1.55" below normal(25%).  For the year, 7.84" and is 4.70" below normal (.63%). New Jersey remains in a drought warning.  Sreamflow remains moderate to severely dry.  Reservoir levels are near 87% full.
