I received 1.66" of rain thus far this month over 8 different events. That was enough to green up all the grasses and remove the burn ban. However, the Blanco River in Wimberley is flowing at record low flow of 3.53cfs for the 99-year period of record. Groundwater from Jacob's Well is at zero flow.
