Weeds on adjacent land (that is not irrigated) are barely growing.  All lawns in this area are mostly brown due to lack of irrigation water that has been delayed.  Bare soils on this property are bone dry at least a foot below the surface. This location has only received 0.99" of precipitation since 1/1/26.
