Local rivers and streams appear at normal levels for this time of year.  The ground, including fields, is dry but with good moisture below with no standing water observed.  Local construction projects are moving right along.  Our lawn is greened up and healthy and the trees are forming leaves. I mowed for the first time today.  Several flowers and plants are growing well.
