Very dry soil conditions.  Dust blows regularly and the roads are washboardy.  I dug some post holes and the dirt is dry 2'down before any soil moisture appears.  Farmers working their fields produce lots of dust.  Snowpack is at record lows and irrigation outlook is for reduced irrigation water.
