After 4 inches of rain the ground is saturated but I am not sure how deep.    Grass is growing in the lawn and pasture and trees are budding nicely.   If anything flowers in the garden are a bit ahead of schedule with tulips and daffodils blooming quite well.   Our local creek rose considerably but well within normal April levels.   Won't see river levels until tomorrow but have heard no reports of flooding.
