We have been getting some good rain and snow, but we are still dry. Everything is soaking in nicely with no standing water. Low areas are still drying out and not holding water like they used too. Row crop fields are also drying out quickly after the rain. The risk of fire is extremely low with the rain. Soil temp is also still in the low 30's. Still behind on moisture by almost 2 inches this water year and over 3 inches in the last water year.
