Due a lot of recent rains, a lot of water remains on ground, especially in farm fields.  Lake water is about 7-8" higher than normal and spillway hasn't been able to keep up with it as of yesterday morning.  those who had their docks/boatlifts put in are just barely above water level.  One lake resident claimed he couldn't flush his toilets.  Grass is greening up significantly.  Buds started forming about 2 weeks ago with just a few bushes forming small leaves.
