Local rivers and streams appear at normal levels for this time of year.  The ground, including fields, is with good moisture with standing water observed only in the lowest spots.  Local construction projects are moving right along.  Our lawn is greened up and healthy looking and the trees are with buds. I missed the window between rains to mow as the grass needs it.  Several flowers are growing well.
