Highs in 80s. Well above normal for early April. Soil is dry. No rain for over three weeks.  Had to water container grown plants.  Local Ponds and lakes beginning to show signs of lack of rain. Have put off planting as soil is so dry. Rain predicted for tomorrow.  Hoping it arrives.
