No/very little apparent soil moisture.  Mowing or disturbing soil surface produces huge dust clouds.  Lawn grasses and plants are visibly stressed.  Have started running irrigation to provide supplemental water, but no way that can replace moisture given current conditions. 

March precipitation was 1.58", down 2.4", 39% of NOAA normal.  2026 YTD is 6.5", down 5.06",   56% of NOAA normal.
