Drought conditions are improving with the rain this week although still in deficit.   Trees are beginning to leaf out and the Dogwoods are in full bloom. The cherry tree is not far behind. Plenty of animal activity with the turkeys and deer. Smaller animals are very active and young ground hogs are here. The creek is beginning to rise again and will be full this week. Fire danger is lowering now  but the gusting winds still make it a danger.
