Conditions here have moved to severely dry.  NC is currently classified as moderate to severely dry and we are well below the 30-year average rainfall.  Most of the State is under an "outside during ban" due to dryness and wind. Overall weather is pleasant people are out walking and gardening.  Golf course fairways are dry and most residential lawns are mixed green and dry patches.  The pollen levels have declined but this observer's hay fever continues.  At this time nearby Lake Jordon water levels appear "normal" for this time of year.
