Precip wise, March significantly over achieved, even with on Friday the 13th, we had the one and only snow event for the entire winter (3 - 4" of Cascade Concrete down here at the lowlands) For the month: 9.16", up 4.90" or 215% of normal; for the year: 16.87", up 2.94" or 121% of normal; and for the water year: 37.78", up 7.68" or 126% of normal.  Quite green for early spring and lawn and plants are responding accordingly.
