Still 1.91 inches for March total, and 4.40 inches for YTD. My topsoil is dry and dusty. Most plants and trees are okay but a few trees show damage, probably from the January deep freeze. Birds and wildlife are okay. Area lakes around North Texas vary from 8 inches over full to near 5 feet low for the lowest. Has been only slow declines.
