Spring flowers beginning to bloom and trees beginning to bud.  Ground does not appear dry. Vernal pools remain. Streams, springs, and seeps are flowing well. Shenandoah flowing well, but by no mean particularly high for springtime. Trail use remains high. Despite recent rain puddles draining quickly and ground not soggy.
