The record warm high temperatures for March continued with highs in the upper 70's to low 80's. The high of the week was 84° on Wednesday. Lows were in the upper 30's to low 40's. The low of the week was 37° on Tuesday and Friday. The very dry conditions continued with no precipitation falling last week. It was breezy at times but no strong wind events. Plant life continues to grow and turn green with the warm temperatures . The Honey Locust is now budding out and harvesting a lot of asparagus now. One of the clematis plants has a bloom bud. Saw the first skunk of the year and smelled one on several other occasions. Also, saw the first hummingbird this year. Yellow finches, robins, and other birds continue to frequent the garden.
