We finally got a rain over a half an inch! A few days ago we got .57 inches of rain yay. And in March we got a couple little rainfalls  less than that.  And yet nothing looks any different. I've been watching a plant in my landscape that was severely affected by the cold snap we had in January and early February. Well it has a few buds for me it has had them for a month or so there's no growth. Is that the drought, or cold damage?
