FIRE - Moderate.  Some precipitation helped dampen the soil and remain damp from the rains the prior week.
ENERGY - Normal daytime termperatures allowed the interior of the house to stay cool.  Nighttime temperatures were slightly below normal, resulting in the interior of the house to stay cooler into daylight hours.
GNEERAL - Still need significant precipitation.  SWIFTMUD has placed us in Phase III drought conditions effective 03/26 through 07/01.  Once per week watering of the lawn, no power washing allowed, and other restrictions.  The Herald-Tribune’s article stated our “AREA” is 13.XX” below normal.  Aquifers/lakes/ponds have not recovered.
