Conditions here remain moderately dry.  Last night's rain has helped but we are currently far behind the 30-year average.  Our region remains under a moderate drought alert and "no burn" restrictions are in place.  The surface duff is dry and outdoor during is not allowed for now.  Wisteria and Redbud trees are blooming and trees are turning green.  Temperatures continue the roller coaster warm and cold swings, the weather seems to change everyday.  Birds and deer are very active.
