Over the past week 1.14" of rain at my location.  Soil surface has thawed since last week.  Many early perennials are showing signs of growth.  A few flying insects also noted. Bears are active, my bird feeders are now backed away for the season.  Bird activity remains high.  Coyote are active also. Rivers and streams are flowing at normal levels. Trees are beginning to bud.
