As previous: record-high temperatures and paucity of low-elevation snow make this The Year Without a Winter. No skiing, but excellent trail walking. The nearby golf course opened - earliest I can recall. All spring flowers are up, with some in bloom. Lilac has begun to leaf out. Local creeks are high for the date.
