The month of March to date has resulted in a very normal spring condition for our backyard. The light, early March snowfall and slow melting, together with the major rainfall, have conditioned our yard for good spring growth. With the removal of dams on the DP River, the risk of heavy flooding in the flood plain has been minimized in my opinion.
