within the past week we have recd over 5 inches of rain, 4.55"all came overnight, on 3/11, between 12am and 6am, flooding fields and several crossroad corners, running across roads,with ditches over flowing. 3/15 Sunday morning we still observed some ponding, as the river water moves down stream additional flooding in low areas. Field soil is moderately wet. Vegetable garden still too wet to walk on or to even think of planting cold crop vegetables or potatoes
