Conditions remain moderately dry.  A mid-week storm system that moved through did not produce much for rain at this station location.  There still is a slight surplus for the month, however YTD and WYTD are still very lean on moisture.  Today will see spring conditions with a chance for severe weather followed by winter moving back in with a blizzard warning for the afternoon and tomorrow.  Hoping for more rain than snow but will take whatever moisture we can get.  Area rivers are up a bit.
