A quiet week for precip with lots of snow melt. A week ago my snowpack number was 15" and today it will be a trace with more than 1/2 the lawn areas around here bare. I still have maybe 2/3 of my lawn snow covered but it is more shaded. This week 0.04" moisture bringing 0.6" of snow, all melted, plus a couple traces.  For the month staying on the dry side with 1.17" compared to the normal for this point in March of 1.75". I am at 77% of the normal water year number.  Quite a change for skiing this week. Went once on Tuesday for really good spring skiing. The trail count has dropped considerably and will need a warm day to ski again next week. Lots of rain predicted for Monday into Tuesday. Much less people at the Mt now. Birds have been very vocal this past week, hearing Robins all over on the warm days and Song Sparrows in my yard.
