After a couple of days of warm temperatures (>10C) the snow cover is patchy in my yard (approx 50% cover). Typically, the snow melt from a winter's worth of snow combined with some rains would have me worried about flooding in my property, but my basement sump is dry as a bone and ditch just trickling. This confirms that it's been a quite dry winter with not much precipitation. Hopefully not as much flooding in the region this spring.
