Snowpack melted substantially since the weekend, now with an average depth of 6 inches, and ranging between 4 and 8 inches with around 80% coverage. Starting to see some bare spots in sunny areas. Ground is fairly wet and top layer of soil is somewhat frozen. Ice on ponds and lakes is still fairly extensive but thinning.
