Condition Monitoring Report
Station Number: NE-LA-19
Station Name: Lincoln 6.8 SE
Report Date: 3/9/2026
Submitted: 3/09/2026 7:48 AM
Scale Bar: Mildly Dry
Description:
We received around 0.3" last week, which temporarily increases creek flow and got some moisture into the surface soil for emerging Spring plants. But March precipitation is already below Normal for the first third of the month, extending the very dry Winter months. Still not much action with the sump pump, indicating subsoil moisture is limited. Bulbs are active and trees buds are swelling and about to emerge. A little green-up of the lawn but still mostly dormant. Summer goldfinches are here and a few are starting to get their yellow plumage. Birdbath is in demand.
