An icy, crusty snowpack of 14.0", SWE: 4.20" finishes off this past week.  Over the past few days a mix of rain, sleet and snow brought a total SWE of 1.65".  Birds are very active along with over a dozen Robins in my yard.  Blue Birds are more numerous also.  Rivers and streams are running at normal levels with icy banks.
