FIRE - Slight improvement with some precipitation this week.  However, some of that precipitation has already evaporated account day and night temperatures 8° to 12° above normal.
ENERGY - as reported above wtth the higher than normal temperatures, energy consumption is up due to the AC running more than usual.
GENERAL - Heaavy storms were reported and forecast for unusual amounts of precipitation. But I do believe they did not produce as much as the TV Weather Forecasters predicted.  At least looking at the CoCoRaSH reports did not indicated those levels.
