The lack of rainfall for the month created severely dry conditions in the San Antonio area resulting in more landscape watering and less water available for plants and wildlife. Stage 3 Year Round watering restrictions remained in effect and the region is still in a five year drought. Wildfire threat was high. Average low and high temperatures were 42 and 63 degrees, with low and high temperatures recorded at 20 and 89 degrees, respectively. Energy costs were slightly higher due to freezing temperatures.
