As of Feb. 38, rainfall for the year total is 3.54" and is 2.78"below normal. February's precipitation totaled 118" and was 1.28" below normal.  The month was the 5th consecutive month with below normal precipitation.  NJ remains in a drought warning.  Reservoirs are severely dry.
