Our area is still in D0 - ABNORMALLY DRY and will likely be out of drought by late afternoon as it is continues to rain a significant amount.  Pond level quite low.  Lawns are unusually brown for this time of the year.   Condition is between mildly dry and moderately dry.  We are getting a badly needed rain today.
