Drought conditions are turning up on the TV weather reports.
Also wildfire hazard.  The garden got lots of warmth and sunshine yesterday, and soil was moist for an inch to an inch and a half down.  Good for putting in pea seeds, but will need more water if it doesn't rain again soon.  Bees are in the wild cherry and red maple is blooming despite the hard frost we had just when it got started.  Another major honey flow crop.
